About the artist

Michalina Maciejak

Painter & Illustrator

My name is Michalina Maciejak, and right now I'm working on launching my own shop for my paintings — alongside my studies.

Drawing has been my favourite thing since kindergarten. My parents were never quite sure where it came from, since no one else in the family had any connection to art. I grew up teaching myself at home, without ever taking a single drawing or painting class — every skill here is self-taught.

In 2020 I started a second Instagram account just to share my drawings. As it grew, friends began commissioning pencil portraits from me, and now I'd love to take the next step and start selling my paintings too.

Buyer information

Ready-made paintings bought at a distance (by email or social media) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as with any consumer purchase made outside a shop. Custom pencil portraits are made to each client's own specification, so under consumer law they're excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Every painting is checked before shipping. If something arrives damaged, or doesn't match its description, you're covered by the standard statutory warranty — just get in touch and it will be sorted out.
Personal details shared by email or social media (such as your name and delivery address) are used only to arrange your order or commission, and aren't passed on to anyone else. This site doesn't use cookies or analytics — the only external service it loads is Google Fonts, for the typefaces.
